Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect products.
  

• The request must be raised within 2–3 days of delivery.

• A clear and proper unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or incorrect items.
  
• The video must be recorded from the beginning of opening the package without any cuts or edits.
  
• Without valid video proof, the return request will not be accepted.
  

Product Condition

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  
• All tags and packaging must be intact.
