Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping for standard delivery and ₹100 for express delivery. Free shipping is available on orders over ₹1,000.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 15-20 business days. Express delivery takes 7-10 business days.

International Shipping:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: International delivery takes 15-20 business days, depending on the destination country.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • No Return Policy only exchange Available

Exchanges:

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be exchanged within 1-3 day of the delivery date.

    • Items must be 360* Video, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

    • Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged.

    Exchange Process:

    1. Contact our customer service team at orders.hodee@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.

    2. You will receive an exchange authorization number and instructions for returning the item(s).

    3. Pack the item(s) securely and include the exchange authorization number.

    4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

    Processing Exchanges:

    • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

    • If approved, we will process your exchange and ship the new item(s) to you within 15-20 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
