Items must be exchanged within 1-3 day of the delivery date.

Items must be 360* Video, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged.
Exchange Process:

You will receive an exchange authorization number and instructions for returning the item(s).

Pack the item(s) securely and include the exchange authorization number.

Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
Processing Exchanges:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

If approved, we will process your exchange and ship the new item(s) to you within 15-20 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
